Responsibilities:

 

• Searching for and selecting hotels and conference centers according to set criteria;

• Organization of the arrival and accommodation of conference attendees;

• Pre-event preparation: managing delegate lists and setting up for a smooth registration process;

• Searching for necessary event attributes (in Lithuania and abroad): exhibition stands, banners, name badges and other various print materials;

• Organizing event logistics;

• Organizing business trips for staff: flights, accommodation, transportation etc;

Multimedia Designer

The Multimedia Designer will work closely with the Marketing department to create and maintain digital marketing assets to assist with the development and improvement of Wisdom Events products and services.

 

Work activities:

 

• Capturing videos and photos;

• Video and photo post-production;

• Creating multimedia products in partnership with marketing department;

• Creating artwork to be used for promotional purposes;

• Creating animated GIF;

• Taking control of our social media account’s content creation.

 

Skills and qualities:

 

• Visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context combined with IT and programming skills;

• Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects;
